Product Information
The prices displayed on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

Because each Old Soul Doll is hand made one at a time, no two are exactly alike. There will be slight variations in color, texture and finish – these are not considered flaws. Each doll is sewn from muslin, then stained and/or painted using organic stains and acrylic paints. Eyes are stitched and/or glued on. We suggest you either hang your Old Soul on a wall or place it on a shelf or mantel, taking care that you never display your Old Soul in direct sunlight.

Because each Old Soul is art and is somewhat delicate, they are not recommended for young children. Furthermore, Old Souls are not toys and should never be given to or left with an unattended child. Any injuries incurred due to the inappropriate use of a product sold by the Old Soul Doll Company is, and shall remain, the sole responsibility of the injured party.

Returns and Claims
Please examine your order upon arrival for any damages. Appropriated claims due to productions flaws must be submitted to the Old Soul Doll Company within 24 hours of receipt of product. Photographs of the damages must be sent to info@oldsouldollco.com with any submitted claim. Claims due to shipping damage must be submitted directly to the shipping company. Save original box and all other packing materials to submit the claim. All are sales are final.

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. The Old Soul Doll Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Shipping
The Uncle Sam Doll is shipped throughout the continental US. Due to the size of the packaging, orders of multiple dolls will be shipped individually according to the following rate table:
One Doll: $ 14.75
Two Dolls: $ 29.50
Three Dolls: $ 44.25

Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged a Sales tax of 8.25%
